Mary Brown’s Centre Box Office is located through Gate 1 at 50 New Gower Street, St. John’s, Newfoundland.

Hours of Operation
Regular box office hours are 12 noon – 5 pm, Monday through Saturday.
On event days the box office will remain open for one hour after the start of an event.

TICKETING POLICIES
All ticket sales are final
Refunds will only be available for cancelled or rescheduled events. Refund deadlines and policies can be found on the event page. If you have questions about your tickets or want to know if you are eligible for a refund please contact the Box Office.
Ticket Policy requires that every patron must have a ticket for the performance.
There is a $5.00 replacement ticket charge that will be applied to any lost/misplaced tickets. If you have lost your tickets, please contact the Box Office.
Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Except in the case of fan presales, only tickets obtained through Mary Brown’s Centre will be honoured. Tickets from other vendors are not valid and will not be accepted at the door. If you are uncertain if a seller – whether online, by phone or in person – is legitimate, please check with the Mary Brown’s Centre box office at (709) 576-7657 for confirmation.

Fans can pick up any pre-ordered tickets prior to the event during regular Box Office hours.
When picking up tickets purchased by telephone you must present the credit card that the tickets were purchased with.
