To maintain an elevated experience for all members, presale ticket access is directly linked to your memberships. The number of presale tickets available to you matches the number of Season Tickets and corresponding Level Up Packages you hold. Each Level Up Membership provides access to one (1) presale ticket per presale event.

What is Level Up?

Paired with a Season Ticket to an Anchor Tenant of the Mary Brown’s Centre, the Newfoundland Rogues and/or Newfoundland Regiment, Level Up is an optional add-on which offers members exclusive access to front-of-the-line online presales to concerts and events at the Mary Brown’s Centre.

Am I eligible for the Level Up Program?

To be eligible, you must have season ticket to Newfoundland Rogues or Newfoundland Regiment. Season tickets/deposits can be purchased online or at the Mary Brown’s Centre Box Office.

How do I sign up?

To purchase your Level Up add-on, contact the Mary Brown’s Centre Box Office during regular Box Office hours. Our team is happy to assist! Your add-on purchase can be made with or after your Season Ticket purchase.

Is my Level Up presale available for all events and concerts?

The Level Up presale will be available for most events. At the discretion of an event promoter or organizer, the Level Up presale may not be available.

How many tickets can I purchase in the Level Up presale?

It depends! If you have one season ticket with one Level Up add-on, you can have one ticket in the Level Up presale. If you have four season tickets with four Level Up add-ons, you can have four tickets in the Level Up presale.

Are my seats for events and concerts the same as my Season Ticket seats?

Season Ticket holders are not guaranteed their same seat for concerts and events. The good news is that with Front-Of-Line Access, you will have the opportunity to select your seats before any other presale. This will allow you to choose the best seats for you for each unique event!

Depending on the venue size of a special event or concert, your Season Ticket seats may not be within the viewing area. This is why we have evolved the program for you to have the ability to choose your own seat for each show.

Am I guaranteed to get tickets with the Level Up presale?

No… but your chances are really good! We can’t get into the business of guaranteeing seats, but we are confident that you will enjoy your experience with the Level Up program.

While Level Up is the first internal presale, it may not be the first external presale at the discretion of the event organizer.

Is this program the same as Hot Seats?

Nope! The Hot Seats program as been retired. The Level Up program takes the best of Hot Seats and more. Plus, our valued partners, Newfoundland Rogues and Newfoundland Regiment, are now a part of this program.

I do not have a season ticket for an Anchor Tenant. Is there a way I can participate?

While a Season Ticket for an anchor tenant is required to be a member of Level Up, you can still subscribe to our Insiders Club! Insiders members get frequent presale opportunities, and while this is not a front-of-the-line program, it provides great presale value to sports & entertainment fans! Insiders is free of charge, and you can sign up at www.mbcentre.ca.
