Ticketing Policies
All ticket sales are final
Refunds will only be available for cancelled or rescheduled events. Refund deadlines and policies can be found on the event page. If you have questions about your tickets or want to know if you are eligible for a refund please contact the Box Office.
Ticket Policy requires that every patron must have a ticket for the performance.
There is a $5.00 replacement ticket charge that will be applied to any lost/misplaced tickets. If you have lost your tickets, please contact the Box Office.
Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult (the adult must be 18 years of age or older.)
The holder of the ticket waives any claims in relation to the capture or transmission of their picture on the site of the event.
Except in the case of fan presales, only tickets obtained through Mary Brown’s Centre will be honoured. Tickets from other vendors are not valid and will not be accepted at the door. If you are uncertain if a seller – whether online, by phone or in person – is legitimate, please check with the Mary Brown’s Centre box office at (709) 576-7657 for confirmation.
Mary Brown’s Centre cannot accommodate tickets bought through non-authorized sellers or scams. In the event you have purchased fraudulent tickets, contact your credit card company to dispute charges.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Ticket Pick-Up
Fans can pick up any pre-ordered tickets prior to the event during regular Box Office hours.
When picking up tickets purchased by telephone you must present a photo ID and the credit card that the tickets were purchased with.
FanShield Ticket Insurance Coverage
Mary Brown’s Centre has partnered with FanShield to offer ticket insurance coverage on any ticket purchase. Customers have the choice to opt in or out of this coverage during the checkout process.
